elderly house

This project through its spatial articulation, program diversity, functionality and aesthetic humanity of housing units and the diversity of open spaces, is especially sensitive to the needs and characteristics of the most vulnerable category of people in society – the elderly. The proposed building, with its compositional coherence, spread white surface facade, a play of alternating full and empty, light and shadow, becomes an urban attractor in the surrounding environment and brings optimism in the housing of people in the third age, promising them future.
