embraced village school

Our proposal for the new village school is destined to embrace the old one. Due to the tight budget, the proposal had to be economical, rational but still be innovative. It was going to be build step by step, and the design had to fit this goal. Each classroom-unit has toilettes, a closet and a hallway; forming three strips. By adding more classrooms, the strips gets longer and easy to stretch. Our design for this small village school aims to provide pupils with a school that is a dynamic space in which to experience knowledge in its infinite manifestations.
